BLACKCARD is O Schoolʼs loyalty card scheme awarded to members who had attended more than 80 open classes in O School within a calendar year.
How I qualify for BlackCard membership?
BlackCard membership will be reviewed quarterly. If you have attended the required
amount of open classes within the last 12 calendar months during the time of
review, you will be qualified for BlackCard.
Is there an expiry date to BlackCard membership?
Each BlackCard membership term last for 12 calendar months from the day of issue.
How do I renew my BlackCard membership?
1. Every BlackCard member will have automatic renewal for a new term if they purchase 6
or more unlimited open class packages during their current membership term.

How does O School knows how many classes or courses I attend?
We have a database system tracking the attendance of every individual under their unique
NRIC or passport number.
Is there a refund so I decide to terminate my BlackCard membership before the
membership term ends?
There is no refund.
Am I able to transfer my current credits for the unlimited class package payment?
You will not be able to transfer your current open class credits for the unlimited class
package payment, however, your current credits would be still usable when your unlimited
class package expires.
Is BlackCard membership transferrable?
As BlackCard membership is first and foremost a loyalty program, the membership is NOT transferrable.
When does BlackCard membership term begin?
For BlackCard membership gained through open classes attendance, the membership term will begin upon issue of BlackCard. For BlackCard membership gained through membership fee payment, the membership terms will being upon the customerʼs reception of the card.
